Norway has a constitutional monarchy for their Government. The former king of Norway is Herald V.

Geography

Norway is a mountainous , the highest point of Norway is 2,469 m. It is 839,155 miles squared.

Population

About 4,768,212 lived in Norway in 2008.
The racial percentage in Norway would be:  89.4 % are ethnic Norwegian and Sami.

                                                                   0.3 % are from Latin America
                                                                   0.2 % are from North America and Oceania

Languages

About 99% of Norwegians speak Norwegian. Norwegian has two different forms Bokmal and Nynorsk. .8% of people speak Sami and .2% of people speak Finnish.

Natural Resources

Norway doesn't have that many natural resources, but I could name a few. Oil and petroleum are the two main resources, and one of the minor ones is fishing.

Climate

Norway has brutal winters and it snows all the time. The winters would probably drive people away, because some people like warm weather all year round.






In the Summer (despite the brutal Winters) the high points could reach about 86 degrees Fahrenheit, It's kind of like Wisconsin, but without the really hot days.
